Loneliness settles
like the night
restless in the zones
of time
then to feel just a
touch fair
my Father’s hand to
mind
feelings extending
eternally
knowing he’s
there/I’m here
light softly descends
above
calling me to the
Sabbath Day
reminding me of the
who I am
a child of God loved
forever
just a touch – do you
feel it
traversing time and
space
lifting the
loneliness of night
into the brightness
of dawn!
